Overview: I led social media coverage for the first-ever Outside Festival, a two-day celebration of adventure, wellness, music, and storytelling held in Denver, CO. The event featured high-profile guests like Diana Nyad, Shaun White, Jimmy Chin, and a full lineup of films, speakers, and live music. My role included pre-event planning, real-time content production on-site, and post-event engagement across all major platforms.
I developed and executed a full social strategy to spotlight headliners, capture the festival’s energy, and engage both attendees and Outside's broader digital audience. From backstage moments to speaker highlights and crowd reactions, I managed a real-time content pipeline to bring the festival to life online.

Built and executed content plan for multi-day coverage, including pre-scheduled posts and live on-the-ground content
Captured and edited Reels, Stories, and in-feed posts featuring headline guests, panels, and performances
Managed story takeovers and influencer collaborations during the event
Created branded content templates for speed and consistency in live coverage
Wrote all real-time captions and coordinated publishing across platforms
Collaborated closely with PR and events teams to align coverage with key festival moments
